Hi again,

Is there a mailing list for technical support issues for the web site?
We have done some experimenting, and it seems that any attempt to open
any web page on gcc.gnu.org gets that error, if it is from Fujitsu
North America networks.  Specifically, they would look like 192.240.14.1.
It seems like gcc.gnu.org is the only web server that does this, that
is, gnu.org works OK.  Also, if we try from an outside network (as far
as I can tell, anything that isn't 192.240.14.*), we don't have any
problems on gcc.gnu.org.

Is there somebody who can look at the web server logs and tell us more
about why it is denying us access?
