error compiling gcc 5.3.0 on Red Hat Linux 6

Dear GCC Support,

I am not able to compile gcc-5.3.0 on our system (running Red Hat
Enterprise Linux Workstation release 6.5).

Configuration runs successfully.

 ./configure --program-suffix=5 --prefix=/usr/pppl/gcc/5.3.0
--with-gmp=$GMP_HOME --with-mpfr=$MPFR_HOME --with-mpc=$MPC_HOME
--enable-multilib --enable-bootstrap 2>&1 |tee log.config


make BOOT_CFLAGS='-O' bootstrap 2>&1 |tee log.make


I am getting the following error while compiling:
