When I worked at AMD, I recall there were some other examples, but I don't
recall whether it was it was in the context of normal SSE2 instructions or in
the context of the SSE5 instructions we were working on (and some of the
patterns that were being considered but ultimately not used).  That part has
been swapped out of active memory since I don't have to worry about the details
of x86 instruction encoding anymore.
