Yes, but you should provide complete details about your system and the
way you are configuring, otherwise, there is no hope people will help
you. In any case, I suggest moving the conversation to gcc-help only:
then, if you figure out a specific bug in the libstdc++ implementation,
you should file a Bugzilla PR, the libstd++ mailing list is for
development activities only.
