Thanks for the reply.

I tried going to http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/enter_bug.cgi to enter
the bug report. When I click on the link titled "new", nothing
happens. There are no fields for me to enter the bug. Is it the case
with others as well? Looks like the bugzilla website is broken.
