amq not found

I'm trying to build gcc 4.2.1 using cygwin. When running configure I
get message that cannot find amq. I tried compiling an older version of
gcc (2.95.3) and that version didn't complain of amq. I place both
trees under the cygwin area in: /usr/local/gnu.

Based on the GNU page it talks about automounter-aware command amq.
Where can I find that "amq" program/utility or what can I do so I could
get pass this problem?

Thanks,
Jose
