http://gcc.gnu.org/ (under the [Bugs] section).
Most people who say they've found a bug actually didn't find a bug, but
rather misunderstood something. But you found a legitimate bug! I'm
envious. :-)
Until fixed, the workaround is: don't specify double-slash as part of the
include path specifier.
