Compile gcc 4.1.0 hang on perl perl texi2pod.pl -D fastjar

Subject: Compile gcc 4.1.0 hang on perl perl texi2pod.pl -D fastjar

Hello All,
I use gcc 3.3.2 compiling gcc 4.1.0 on AIX 5.3.0, the compile process hang on  "perl ../gcc-4.1.0/fastjar/../contrib/texi2pod.pl -D fastjar ", I tried gcc 4.0.2 and gcc 4.0.1 and they all hang on this. Can any one help on this?  Thanks
