Configurable error messages?

Subject: Configurable error messages?

Hi,

Is it possible to make gcc append or prefix a fixed string to all
error/warning messages?

It would be useful if I could make gcc add "Please report this to
bugs@foo.bar", or something like that, besides the actual compiler
message.
