make gcc errors

Hello, I am running AIX 4.3.3. and am using the command:
make CFGLAGS='-O' LIBCFLAGS='-g -O2'
\LIBCXXFLAGS='-g -O2 -fno-implicit-templates' bootstrap
towards the end I get an error:

What does this mean? Can anyone please help me? Thanks for any suggestions
and helpful hints
