how to limit identifiers greater than 31 chars

Hi all
I am using gcc version 3.0.2, I am looking for a configuration option that
warns me when it find Identifiers that are greater than 31 chars in my
code. I am not sure that the option exist in my gcc version or in newer
versions.
Your help will be appreciated
