Error in Makefile

The following error has occured in Making the Makefile:
/cpd/gnu/bin/as.real: unrecognized option '-G'
make[2]: *** [libgcc/./_m16addsf3.o] Error1
make[2]: Leaving directory '/h....
make[1]: *** [stmp-multilib] Error2
make[1]: Leaving directory '/....
make: *** [all -gcc] Error 2
How to remove this?
