glib is part of the gnome project. Try asking them. Source is available at
ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/v2.2/ and other mirrors like
ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/glib/2.2/

Try RPMfind.net for finding RPMs.
