In hello.c
you should be using:
#include <stdio.h>
I suspect you are using
#include "stdio.h"
hard to tell with no code.

I tried those variables in a shell script, but still get the error:
hello.c:2: No include path in which to find stdio.h
The script is:
C_INCLUDE_PATH=/home/userdata/dev/lib/gcc-lib/armv4l-redhat-linux/2.95.1:/ho
me/userdata/dev/include:/home/userdata/dev/include/bits
CPATH=/home/userdata/dev/lib/gcc-lib/armv4l-redhat-linux/2.95.1:/home/userda
ta/dev/include:/home/userdata/dev/include/bits
gcc -o hello hello.c
These paths work if used with the -I switch. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Marcus
