numeric_limits

Hi,

I'am using gcc-2.96-85 with libstdc++-2.96-85 and i wonder
where the header <limits> has to be found. (see Stroustrup 22.2)

I would like to use things like
numeric_limits<anyType>::is_signed

Any suggestions?
