Problem making gcc 2.95.2

After I run the configure script for the gcc 2.95.2, I run "make
bootstrap". It runs for a while then comes up with errors when it gets to
"resource.h" because it can't find a declaration for the data structure
"rtx". Can anyone tell me in what source file or header file "rtx" is
declared?
