Yep. The alternative is to upgrade your machine from MS-Windows to
GNU/Linux :-)

You'll have to get Cygwin from sources.redhat.com, the download the
GCC sources from gcc.gnu.org, and binutils and newlib sources from
sources.redhat.com, then build the cross compiler you need according
to the instructions in the Cross GCC FAQ (you'll find a link to it at
gcc.gnu.org)
