Hi
I am trying to
install gcc 2.95.2 which I downloaded from the GNU site; this is a Sun Sparc
machine running Solaris 2.6 and apparently with no compiler already on it. I
have run the "configure" script with no errors; however when trying to build it
doesn't seem to find "make"; I have created and used two directories,
/usr/local/gccsrc and /usr/local/gccobj in the configuration step;
I'd prefer to not use a binary for this process; would you please
advise.
Thanks
Hamid
