No version of gperf is required to build gcc-2.95.2, since the
distribution includes all files generated by gperf.  If you just got
timestamps messed up, touch the generated files and you'll be fine.
If you've modified some of source files that are processed with gperf,
you'll need a patch for gperf that's available in the GCC
infrastructure directory at the GCC ftp site.  See gcc.gnu.org
