        * c-typeck.c: (build_c_cast, convert_for_assignment)
          Diagnose an attempt to convert from an integer to
          a pointer-to-shared as an error.  Also, fix various
          error messages so that they use the preferred term
          pointer-to-shared instead of "shared pointer".
