Log:
* lib/gcc-defs.exp (gcc-set-multilib-library-path): Use eval to
exec $compiler.
* lib/gfortran.exp (gfortran_link_flags): Remove braces around
$GFORTRAN_UNDER_TEST.
(gfortran_init): Use -B to specify specpath, add trailing /.
