	* config/frv/t-linux (EXTRA_MULTILIB_PARTS): Clear.
libgcc/
	* config.host (powerpc64-*-linux*): Use rs6000/t-ppccomm.
	(powerpc-*-linux*altivec*, powerpc-*-linux*spe*, powerpc-*-linux*):
	Likewise.
	* config/rs6000/t-ppccomm: New file.
