Log:
* Make-lang.in (GFORTRAN_TARGET_INSTALL_NAME): Define.
(GFORTRAN_CROSS_NAME): Remove.
(fortran.install-common): Correctly install a cross compiler.
(fortran.uninstall): Use GFORTRAN_TARGET_INSTALL_NAME instead of
GFORTRAN_CROSS_NAME.
