	(MULTILIB_MATCHES): Use the fr400 multilibs for -mcpu=fr405 and
	-mcpu=fr450.
	* doc/invoke.texi: Document the new -mcpu={fr550,fr450,fr405},
	-mlong-calls and -malign-labels options for FR-V.
