Log message:
* config/mips/mips.c (mips_constant_info): Add reloc field.
(mips_classify_constant): Initialize it. Always set SYMBOL to the
underlying symbol, not to an unspec.
(mips_delegitimize_address, print_operand): Clean up accordingly.
