Log message:
* config/rs6000/rtems.h: Set STARTFILE_DEFAULT_SPEC and
ENDFILE_DEFAULT_SPEC to correctly include ecrti and ecrtn.
* config/arm/rtems-elf.h: Remove bad -Darm and -Darm_elf.
