There are no changes within trans-intrinsic.c(gfc_conv_associated)
that correspond to that revision. My best guess with looking at
'svn annotate' is the offending commit is r190641. The function
has grown over time, the missing lines I inserted with my patch
may have at one time been present but code motion moved them to
a different block.
