While GCC 5.5 parallelizes the loop newer GCCs don't.  Newer GCCs only
parallelize without -floop-parallelize-all.

But in no case we unroll the loop, so not sure what you expect?  You also don't
specify -funroll-loops, specifying that we do unroll.

So can you please clarify what the bug is?
