I don't think that's a completely reliable indicator, in the absence of any
other information in the PR. I don't know if the title update is automatic when
a new branch is created, maybe it is but didn't happen here because it says
"5.0 Regression" instead of "5 Regression"...
Anyway, I just looked at
https://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-testresults/2018-03/msg01741.html and don't see any
"vshuf" failure, it seems to have disappeared (probably just went latent), so
everything is fine.
