This is working fine on latest trunk version 8
and on the 7 branch.
gcc version 7.2.1 20171216 (GCC)
$ gfc7 -static pr83525.f90
$ ./a.out
13
This should be fixed on next release I believe planned for January.
I will add your test case to the test suite.
