I have noticed that since r252917
FAIL: gfortran.fortran-torture/execute/in-pack.f90 execution, -O3 -g
on armeb-none-linux-gnueabihf
--with-mode arm
--with-cpu cortex-a9
--with-fpu neon-fp16
O0, O1, O2*, -Os still pass.
