extern inline isn't needed:
int a, b, c;
void
foo (void *x, void *y)
{
__asm__ ("": "=&c" (a), "=&D" (b), "=&S" (c): "r" (y), "2" (y));
}
ICEs as well with -O1 and above. Vlad, do you think you could have a look?
