It seems to be a problem of the used msys2/mingw-environment:

After updating the i686-w64-mingw32 GCC (an libraries ...) from 4.9.2 to 6.2.0
and re-build of my Cross-GCC this issue does not occurs / is fixed.

Sorry; this is resolved (I.e, invalid/rejected).
