[Bug middle-end/37150] basic-block vectorization misses some unrolled loops

While it fixes the failures on sparc, it introduces a couple of ICEs on
previously working testcases, both i386-pc-solaris2.12 and
sparc-sun-solaris2.12, 32 and 64-bit, e.g.
