The distinction between bug and "enhancement" is useful, and maybe "trivial" is
useful, but the other severities (blocker, critical, minor etc) are useless.
We should either remove the severity field entirely, or remove most of the
options.
Alternatively, don't let normal users set it, only people with edit privs.
