Yes, but -trigraphs does not work, unless you explicictly add
-std=gnu++14 -trigraphs to the command line.
Same for -fno-extended-identifiers, it is overwritten in line 805.
and the handling of flag_gnu89_inline uses the flag_isoc99 which is
not defined correctly here.
