Testcase to trigger the issue

GCC 5.0 (trunk@219851) trigger the following issue when building a C file with
Decimal types for powerpc64 with hardware decimal floating point disabled
(-DSHARED -O3 -fpic -ggdb3 -mno-hard-dfp):
