Please attach preprocessed source instead which you obtain when adding
-save-temps
to the failing compiler command-line (it will be named openvdb.ii).
Note that GCC 4.7 is no longer supported so in the event it compiles with
GCC 4.8 or newer this bug will be closed as fixed.
