[Bug c++/47771] gcc crashes on MinGW platform

I tested it with a 4.5.2 32-bit/64-bit with mingw-w64 runtime, and with current
4.6 trunk version 32-bit/64-bit and I can reproduce this issue.
It works nice and all versions are printing the same output:
2147483647

as to be expected.

So please ask your the project providing this toolchain.
