Test case to demonstrate GNAT regression

On GCC 4.6.0, between Nov 13 and Nov 20, the Ada ACATS test C34011B failed and
continues to fail on targets that don't use the GCC error handler.  I have
three such targets (OpenBSD i386, OpenBSD AMD64, and FreeBSD AMD64), and the
test starting failing on all three targets at the exact same time.

The failure is also optimization level related.  It will pass on all targets at
level 0, but it will fail on SJLJ targets at -O1 or higher.

The "GNAT BUG" error message is show below.  The attachment is a test case that
will produce the message.
