i686-darwin9 + comment #26 + PR43170 comment #72
showed just one failure at m64 - FAIL: PR16923 run.

x86_64-darwin10 bootstrapped (same patches) and runs all tls and libgomp tests
as expected. (and nm shows that libgomp is using emutls).
[I haven't bootstrapped java on x86_64-darwin10, so that test result is still
awaited].
