[Bug c/44165] New: 5/15/2010 snapshot build failure on hppa Linux

When I attempt to compile the snapshot of 5/15/2010 on an HPPA workstation
under Debian Linux 5.0 I get the following messages:

configure: error: cannot run C compiled programs.
