Thanks Jakub, let's see what submitter has to say.
Just want to add here that I'm building submitter' app **exactly** in the same
way with g++ / icc, on the very same machine indeed, and in the former case the
final executable crashes, in the latter it doesn't. But there are still many
details I do not understand about this new feature, sorry if I'm saying
something wrong. I suspect however that other lay users having icc installed
could also report to us a puzzling behavior.
