[Bug c++/40294] New: method definition can have the class scope multiple time

Hi,

is it correct that

struct S
{
    S();
};

S::S::S::S::S()
{
}

int main()
{
    S s;
    return 0;
}

compiles? At least other compilers have problems with that.

Cheers,
André
