Good day,
I've submitted patches to bug report 23623
(http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=23623)
that corrects the behavior described in this bug report.
There are patches for GCC 4.3.2 and GCC 4.4.0.
In the archive for gcc432, the whole project is included, for easier testing by
other parties.
The project was created for and tested on the ST STR912FW44 ARM9
microprocessor.
