[Bug libstdc++/36505] C++ inludes do not work

Yes I am completely sure it is there. I just double-checked. In addition, my
gcc-4.2.2 install, compiled and installed with identical options, does not have
the problem.

It should have been in:
> /usr/include

Which is included in the include path.  Are you sure you have the includes
installed?
