As seen on the bottom of eoshift0.c and eoshift2.c:
DEFINE_EOSHIFT (1);
DEFINE_EOSHIFT (2);
DEFINE_EOSHIFT (4);
DEFINE_EOSHIFT (8);
Similar for cshift0.c.
I'll fix this.
