[Bug c++/34069] New: [4.3 regression] ICE with invalid specialization of variadic template

The following invalid code snippet triggers an ICE on mainline:

==================================================================
template<typename...> struct A;

template<typename...T, typename...U> struct A<A<T...,U...> > {};

A<A<int,int> > b;
==================================================================

bug.cc:5: internal compiler error: in unify, at cp/pt.c:13178
Please submit a full bug report, [etc.]

The testcase was derived from Chris Fairles' testcase from comment #1
in PR 32128.
