[Bug libfortran/32784] [win32] Using 'con' as assigned file generates Fortran runtime error: File 'con' does not exist

The code above works with gcc 3.4.5.

I suppose, but I'm just using gcc 3.4.5 for the time being. I actually busy
working on cleaning up the Getting Started instructions on the MinGW wiki
because most of the people running this application seem to be using gcc 2.95!
