[Bug c++/32108] New: [4.2/4.3 regression] ICE with __label__ outside of block scope

The following invalid code snippet triggers an ICE (segfault) since GCC 4.2.0:

=================================
__label__ L;
=================================

bug.cc:1: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault
Please submit a full bug report, [etc.]

Btw, we also got a segfault with GCC 3.4.x.
The code was wrongly accepted in GCC 4.0.x and 4.1.x.
